The housing and office market in Malaga continues to boom as it has become a magnet for developers and companies wishing to settle in this municipality on the Costa del Sol.
On this occasion, the promoter Vía Celere will add two blocks of 9 and 10 heights, intended for offices and 144 new homes, in a project that will be located behind Vialia, the María Zambrano train station in Málaga, on a plot near to the train tracks, for which the approval of Adif and a modification of the Renfe Special Plan have been necessary, according to the Malaga Hoy newspaper.
The project, made up of offices and homes, also includes two commercial premises, a restaurant, a community pool and almost 400 parking spaces and 141 storage rooms, distributed in three basements.The budget for the works amounts to 18 million euros, of which 13 are intended for housing, while the remaining 5 will be for the office project. For both, the execution period is 30 months once the works begin.
MAccording to the values collected in Brains Real Estate, the price per square meter of offices for rent is 9.6 euros per square meter per month. In the second quarter of 2021, it was when the price peaked, reaching €10.4/m2/month. The decrease in prices has registered a fall of 7.6% in the last twelve months.
